I was sent information on this house, the pool shown in the rendering is not the pool being built with the house. I was told that at the time of the renderings it had not yet been finalized, hence the plain vanilla design. The final design provided to me looks much nicer, with planters, infinity edge, etc. Seems like a quality home but I decided now just wasnt the time for me to dive back into the market. Good luck on the sale guys, I'll grab a property in the Caymans at some point. Im going back down again in February-March, think I'll stay on the Northside of the Island this time instead of 7mile.
